Joseph William Bailey (Buddy Buddy), Sr., 75, Johnstown, passed away on August 23, 2026. Born on July 3, 1951, to the late Wilbert, Sr., and Rose (Petro) Bailey. Preceded in death by brother, Peter. Survived by life partner, Carol; children, Billie Jo, Joseph, Jodi, and Roseanna (Tione); grandchildren, Jessica, Joseph, III, Heidi, Emma, Izaih, Darvelle, Alizay, Talayah, Tionna, Lyric, Eassiah, and Journee; great grandchildren, Janessa, Kenyonna, Damier, Dream, Layonna, Ni’layah, Vey, Jaden, and A’sani; great great grandchildren, Kaion, Savani, Kamora, Ka’zuri, Keior, and Ka’von; and siblings, Eugene, Darlene, Beverly, Wilbert, Jr., Kenneth, Richard, Alan, Sherrie, Jamie, Earnest, and Shawn. Joseph enjoyed being outdoors, specifically hunting and fishing. Above all else he loved spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by them. There will be no services.
