Finnegan, Joyce A., 81, Johnstown, passed away May 20, 2024, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born May 3, 1943, in Johnstown. Preceded in death by parents, John and Nora (Gossard) Hart, and longtime partner, Clark Laughard Sr. Survived by children, Terrance Finnegan Jr. and fiancé Kim Wilcox; Tamara Lanzendorfer and husband Raymond; Brian Finnegan Sr. and wife Becky; Crystal Edwards and husband Kurt; grandchildren, Jonathon Finnegan; Kellie Cannon; David Finnegan; Nicole Fulton; Hailee Hagen; Shelby Keita; Taylor Stewart; Brian Finnegan Jr.; Chase, Kala, and Cody Hayes; Corey and Emily Waddell; Kaiden and Blake Edwards; 19 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild, all of whom she loved dearly. Also survived by sisters, Patricia Balicki; Carol Keith; nieces and nephew, Blaine, Missy, Mariah, and Alannah; and beloved cats, Jax and Baby. Joyce loved playing cards with family and enjoyed plastic needle point. A private service will be held at a later date.
