Lower, Kenneth R., 52, Johnstown, died August 23, 2018. Born August 2, 1966 to the late Robert and Frances (Golinsky) Lower. Survived by wife, Michelle (Culley); daughter, Brianna Lower; grandchildren, Sophia Lower; Leyland Libengood; sister, Connie and Bill Simon; brother, Robert and Marilyn Lower; brother, Dennis and Kristy Lower; four nieces; and best friend, Kevin Ash. Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Ginseng hunting. A memorial service will be held Tuesday August 28 at 11 a.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave. Donations may be made to the family or the funeral home to help with funeral expenses, 146 Chandler Ave. Johnstown, PA 15906.
