Obituary

FRETZEL Lawrence “Larry” G. Jr., Sidman, passed away July 19, 2014 at Windber Hospice. Born May 6, 1932 in Johnstown; son of the late Lawrence Sr. and Helen (Emeigh). Preceded in death by wife, Dolores A. (Coleman) Fretzel and sister, Marjorie Knieriem.
Survived by, daughters, Suni Miller, and husband, Robert, Sidman; Stacy Ahlborn and fianc Patrick Mulcahy Jr., Sidman; grandsons, Michael Miller, and wife Laura (Mehall), Salix; Matthew Miller and Laci (Hess), Johnstown; Nicholas Ahlborn, Sidman; and great grandsons, Jack Fretzel Miller and Jude Francis Miller.
Larry was a former Union Plasterer. He was a US Army Veteran serving in Korea, a member of St. Michaels American Legion Post 551
Memorial service will be held at Forest Lawn Chapel on Tuesday at 6pm. Military Honors by St Michael American Legion Honor Guard.
