Obituary

Linda M. Ondriezek “Mrs. O”, 77, devoted wife, mother, Catholic educator passed away on October 6, 2025. Her life was a beautiful testament of faith, kindness, and the joy of learning. Born June 28, 1948, to the late Samuel J. and Geraldine L. (Jones) Sherman. Survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” Ondriezek, Sr., of Davidsville; children, Carol Adams (Ryan) of Johnstown, and William “Billy” Ondriezek, Jr., (Kristy) of Kittanning; grandchildren, RJ (Leah), Jacob (Abby), and Joelle; and sister, Janet (Fran) Matten. A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 at Hindman Funeral Homes, 1521 Frankstown Road. A mass will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10:00am at St. Anne Church, 205 Woodstown Highway, Davidsville, PA 15928. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda’s honor to the Nanty-Glo Public Library, 942 Roberts Street, Nanty-Glo, PA 15943, or the Conemaugh Township Library, Conemaugh Township Library, 959 S Main Street, Hollsopple, PA 15935.
