Obituary

Svencer, Mark S., 58, of Johnstown, PA, passed away on May 16, 2024 at Indiana Hospital. Born September 25, 1965, son of George and Kathy (Passeau) Svencer. Preceded in death by grandmother, Elizabeth Svencer, and grandparents, Catherine and Russell Passeau. Survived by children, Dylan, Kaitlyn, and Austin Svencer; his parents; siblings, George; Sharon; Brian and wife Misty. Mark was a U.S. Army veteran and enjoyed being a part of his kids lives in any way. He coached many of their sports teams and enjoyed watching them play. Family will receive friends Tuesday May 21st from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Donations may be made in Mark’s memory to a charity of your choice. Interment and military honors to be held at Grandview Cemetery.
