Obituary

Hohan, Matthew W. “Matty”, 30, of Johnstown, passed away April 9, 2024. Born January 21, 1994, son of David and Joyce (Gustkey) Hohan. Also survived by sisters, Nicolette and Amanda; nephew, Domanic; niece, Gianna; special friends, Niki Stahl, and John (Lauran) Saloka; and pet cat, Andy Black. Plus, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and his baseball family. Matthew loved baseball where he started out as a batboy for Principal Development, and then moved to coaching Delweld and Martella’s. He participated 24 years in AAABA and he truly loved the game of baseball. He also loved to spend time with his family and Niki Stahl, his person. Family will receive friends April 13th from 12pm to 2pm and 3pm till time of service at 5pm at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Road, Johnstown, PA 15902. Pastor Nancy Hoover will be officiating.
