Obituary

Devine, Michael L., 59, of Johnstown passed away December 13, 2020 at Westmont Woods Care Home. Born July 29, 1961 in Johnstown, son of James and Gracie Devine. Michael is preceded in death by his father and brother Daniel Devine. He is survived by his mother and children; Heather Devine, Cresson PA; Michael Devine and wife Norene, Downey CA; granddaughters, Ava and Ivy Devine, Downey CA; adopted son, Jerimiah McAdams, Johnstown; siblings, Debra Keen and husband Russell, Johnstown; James Devine and wife Carol, Johnstown; Terry Devine and wife Leaetta, Virginia; William Devine, Lancaster, PA; Edward Devine and wife Maria, Zionsville, IN; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Michael served in the Army National Guard. He lived and worked in Virginia as a roofer for many years. He returned to Johnstown when he was diagnosed with M.S. Mike was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting and harvesting ginseng. The Devine family wishes to thank all of the nurses, aides, and others at Westmont Woods for their excellent care of Michael.
