Macy, Michael Robert “Bob”, 90, Johnstown, passed away April 1, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. Born October 12, 1931, to the late Michael and Mary (Torok) Macy. Preceded in death by siblings, William, James, and Dolores “Dee”; and brother-in-law, Joseph Golias. Survived by loving wife of 65 years, Beatrice (Golias) Macy; children, Dennis Macy and wife Cindy; Denise Koch and husband Dave; Donna Macy; sister, Arlene Fuller and husband Richard; special brother-in-law, James Golias; beloved fur buddies, Abby and Hope; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, and helping with the church bingo at Roseland. He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church and his favorite past time was golf. Bob also enjoyed roller skating at Roseland, where he met the love of his life, Beatrice, 70 years ago. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday April 5th at St. Therese Catholic Church. Rev. Bernard Karmanocky, O.F.M., officiating. Interment to be held privately.
