Obituary

Gray, Michael T. “T-Gray”, 73, Johnstown, died April 2, 2020 at home.  Born September 19, 1946.  Son of the late Lt. Col. Walter “Jack” Gray and Elaine (Byers) Gray.  Survived by loving wife, Eileen T. (Misosky) Gray; son, Mike Gray (Gini), Summerhill; daughter, Kimberly Smith (Ryan), Summerhill; sisters, Jackie Bala and Peggy Seeley, both of Johnstown; brother, Lt. Col. Anthony Gray, North Wales, PA; and grandchildren, Makennah, Mikel, and Marleigh Gray; and Brady, Calli, Cassandra, and Remingtyn Smith.  Mike proudly served our country in the U.S. Army.  He also worked for Bethlehem Steel and was a salesman for Leitenberger’s Chevrolet, Team Thomas, and Terra Car Co..  He was a 1964 graduate of Franklin High School and a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and manager of Sons of Italy Softball team of the Tri-Mountain league.  Mike was also an avid Notre Dame fan.  At this time, services will be held privately.  A memorial celebration/“Pond Party” will be held at a later date to celebrate Michael’s life.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Community Initiatives Program at www.vciinc.org or 727 Goucher St, Johnstown, PA 15905.  Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., “Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care.” Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com
