Obituary

Forosisky, Nicholas Patrick, 80, Johnstown passed away January 14, 2026. Born June 11, 1945, to the late Nicholas M. and Amelia “Molly” (Klucik) Forosisky.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Luray (Reighard) Forosisky. Brothers, David (Jan) and Michael Forosisky; sisters, Linda Frick, Theresa “Tess” (Dave) Diamond and Mary Kay; numerous nieces and nephews.

He served in the Pennsylvania National Guard for 11 years; he was the Vice President for the union at US Steel where he also worked for 19 years. Then he started his own business “Nicholas Woods”. He was also a member of the American Legion in Johnstown. He loved being outdoors and golfing, golden retrievers, and his sister-in-law.

Family will receive friends on January 20, 2026, from 11am. till time of the memorial service at 12pm. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. at 1521 Frankstown Road Johnstown, PA 15902. The family would like to send a special thank you to Windber Hospice for the great care that they provided for Nicholas.
