Obituary

Rozum-McHenry, Patricia E., 81, Johnstown, passed away May 7, 2024. Born April19, 1943, to the late Joseph and Julia Ann (Prestipino) Rozum. She was alsopreceded in death by her husband, Dennis McHenry, son, Robert McHenry.

Survived by her grandson, Brandon McHenry; sister, Maria Witkosky; brothers, Joseph (Dick) Rozum and John Rozum; daughter-in-law, Gloria McHenry; specialcousin, Georgia McCall and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Patricia worked for the US Department of Agriculture for 43 years. She will be remembered for her generosity, kindness and care for others. “Let this my motto be: And when my work on Earth is done, and my new work in Heaven begun, may I forget the crown I’ve won, while thinking still, of others.” The family would like to extend a special thanks to Windber Woods, and AseraCare Hospice for their wonderful and compassionate care for Patricia. At the request of Patricia, there will be no viewing or service. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Any donations offered may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital in Patricia’s name.
