Obituary

Fabina, Patricia L., Johnstown, passed away June 1, 2026, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born March 30, 1944, to the late Kenneth and Agnes (Kral) Horner. Preceded in death by husband, Anthony Fabina; brothers, Kenneth, Clarence “Jack”, Cover, and Eugene; and half-brother, Telford Kral. Survived by children, Anthony Fabina (Barbara); Patrick Fabina (Tammy Thiel); and Shannon Kondash (Donnie); grandchildren, Christopher (Lisa); Apryl; and Roland (Amanda); numerous great and great great grandchildren; brothers, Richard, William, and Ronald Horner; sister-in-law, Bernadine Allen; niece, Judy Fabina; and fur baby, Felix. For over 20 years Patricia was a dedicated employee of Conemaugh Hospital. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, and sitting on her front porch in the summer. Family would like to thank Dr. Stephen Matse and the staff of 10 Ashman Palliative Care Unit and TCU for the compassionate care they provided to Patricia. At Patricia’s request, there will be no viewing or public services.
