Obituary

Gutierrez, Raul “Ralph”, 70, of Johnstown, died November 5, 2016 at Richland Healthcare and Rehab. He was born March 23, 1946 in Tampico, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his mother, Andrea (Larraga) Gutierrez Villa and step-father, Jesus Villa; a brother, Joseph “Punda” Villa; a sister, Josephine Duncan. Raul retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad where he was a Trackman. He enjoyed the outdoors, baseball, cowboy movies, oldies radio and spending time with his family, especially attending his nieces and nephews sporting events. He was a member of the Woodvale Athletic Club. Survived by sisters, Bertha Villa, Johnstown, Juanita Chuba, Pittsburgh, Margaret Morales and husband Rudolph, Johnstown, Mary Dunn, North Carolina, Darlene Jezeskie and husband Edward, Johnstown; brothers, John Villa and wife Linda, Pittsburgh, Robert Villa, Johnstown; and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received Sunday, November 13, 2016 from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service at 3 p.m., Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., Nancy Hoover, officiating.
