Obituary

Pickerill, Regina A. “Jean”, 92 of Johnstown, died Dec. 15, 2014, at The Atrium Manor. Born July 22, 1922 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Lewis and Mary (Meyer) Lloyd. Preceded in death by first husband Edward Hartnett, second husband Robert Pickerill, son Edward “Pat” Hartnett, and daughters, Carol (Brough) and Jeanne “Gigi” Hartnett. Survived by daughters, Mary Hartnett, VA; Gwen Hartnett and fiancé Randall Maurer, Johnstown; Michelle Edlund and husband Paul, MD; son Dennis Hartnett, Indiana; grandchildren Jessica Burns, OR; Anna Edlund, MD; Robert and Vincent Pickerill, Johnstown; great grandchild Elizabeth Gonzalez-Burns, OR; and sisters Betty Pullin, Johnstown; and Mary Moser, FL. Jean was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church and worked from home for many years as a homemaker. She was a wonderful, loving mother and will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend a special thank you to The Atrium Manor staff as well as Pastor Tim and Pastor Ron for taking great care of Regina. At the request of the family, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that memorial contributions be made to Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 337 Elknud Land, Johnstown, PA 15905.
