Obituary

Eckenroad, Richard L., 58, Johnstown, died Feb. 9, 2015 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born Aug. 21, 1956 to the late Clifford and Betty (Gromley) Eckenroad. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Georgette; and brother, Clifford Jr. Survived by wife, Lysinda C. (Rummell) Eckenroad; daughter, Monique Swanson; grandchildren, Peyton and Jordan; his little one, Hayden Rummell; sisters, Barbara Harvey (Jake); Linda Jeffreys (Bob); brother-in-law, Ed Fingerhoot; extended family, the Rummells, numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends. Richard was an electrician, an avid golfer, a hunter, a fisherman, and everyone’s Mr. Fix It. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
