Obituary

Lonsinger, Ronald E., 67, Johnstown, passed away peacefully October 14, 2021, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center of COVID 19. Born September 21, 1954, in Johnstown. He was the 9th child of Russell and Helen (Berg) Lonsinger. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Donald, Russell, and Richard; brother-in-law, Leonard McMillen; niece, Debbie McMillen; sister-in-law, Susan; and great nephew, Paul J. Zinner III. Ron is survived by daughter, Lora Lonsinger; granddaughters, Riley Kissell; Kayla Peles; brothers, Bryan (Irene); Telford; Robert (Christine); sisters, Eleanor McMillen; Karen Resick (Larry); Barbara Armann (James); sisters-in-law, Delores and Paulette; special nephew, Bill McMillen; special friend, Desiree Albina; and many nieces and nephews. Ron is a graduate of Greater Johnstown High School, 23-year veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, and employee of Value City for 22 years. Ron will be missed by his family, friends, extended church families, and all who knew him. Family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses that cared for our brother during this difficult time.
