Obituary

Reighard, Stanford L., 95, Johnstown, passed away September 9, 2016 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  Born April 16, 1921 in South Fork.  Son of the late Charles and Laura (Fyock) Reighard.  Preceded in death by loving wife, June (Gittins), his sister Gwen, and his brother Robert.  Survived by daughter, Sharie Richards (Ernie); son, Brad Reighard (Rosemary); granddaughter, Tammie; great grandson, Kyler; brother, Byron “Chub” Reighard (Norma); and sisters, Dee Dee Rizza and Charlene Deneau.  Stanford proudly served in the U.S. Army and then worked as a brakeman for the Pennsylvania Railroad.  At the request of the family, services will be private.  Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of Westmont Woods for the loving care that they provided for Stanford.
