Obituary

Kimmel, Thomas G., 88, Maple Ridge, died May 20, 2013 at home. Born October 7, 1924 in Maple Ridge; son of the late Andrew (Chmiel) and Angela “Nellie” (Drapola) Kimmel. Preceded in death by brother, John Kimmel; sisters, Mildred Loguisto and Frances Bratkovich and niece, Joan Hillenbrand.
Survived by sister, Stella Suchian, Mape Ridge;
brother, Frank Kimmel, married to Margaret, Maple Ridge;
niece, Barbara St. Clair married to Robert, Gray, PA;
great nieces, Jill St. Clair, Newport Beach, CA;
Holly Wells, Punta Gorda, FL;
Mandi Felsmann, Hunington Beach, CA; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Our beloved uncle will be missed by his entire family. Special thanks to Windber Hospice and loving caretakers, Kathleen and Mike Grebeck.
Member of St. Anne Parish, Davidsville and U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and baking.
Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. 1521 Frankstown Rd. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anne’s Church, Rev. Michael Lewandowski, O.F.M. Conv., officiating. Committal Church Cemetery.
