Miller, Vaun E., 74, Clarington, OH, died Aug. 4, 2016 at Liza’s Place, West Virginia. Born Feb. 26, 1942 to the late Victor and Mary Louise “Leona” (Cole) Maharowski. Preceded in death by wife, Beverly J. (Escherich). Survived by children, Marcia Metzgar, (Roger), Johnstown; Valerie Miller, (Travis), Johnstown; Vaun Miller, Johnstown; Kim Thomas, NC; brother, Victor Maharowski Jr., (Pat); sister, Raeann Davies, (Richard), both of Glenndale, AZ; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; special friends, Donnie and Michelle Rainey, aka RAINMAN; Jumbo and Lois; and Muffin the cat. Special thanks to Marsha Harrington for all your help. Vaun was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked in the coal mines for 36 years. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and photography. Vaun also loved animals. Friends will be received Monday Aug. 8 from 2-6 p.m. with a service at 6 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Pastor Rob Wolf, officiating.
