Partsch, Alan Victor, 61, Johnstown, passed away January 19, 2021. Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, son of Albert George and Mary Magdalene (Springer) Partsch. Preceded in death by parents and beloved godmother, Mary Joanne Partsch. Survived by children, Jason Partsch (girlfriend Nikki Kirsch), Amanda (John Hollis), both of Johnstown, and Jessica (Tyler Fleck) of Pittsburgh; their mother Anita Partsch; and his grandchildren Lily, Isabella, Elliot, & grandchild to be, all of whom he deeply loved.
Brother of Barry and wife, Esther, Agnes and husband, Daniel Marguccio, and Veronica and husband, David Varner. Also survived by godfather, Uncle Raymond Partsch; and nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and many many friends.
Alan enjoyed making fudge, hunting, fishing, going to flea markets, and celebrating holidays with his family. He was a member of LHHV in Johnstown. Alan made friends everywhere he went and could always make you smile with a joke or a funny story. Family and friends will be received from 3-7 PM Monday, January 25th at Hindman Funeral Home; masks are required. Private service to follow. If unable to attend, we ask you toast to Alan’s spirit with a cold, refreshing Mountain Dew. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, for which Alan was a long-time donor.
