Albert “Abby” Stringent, 63, born January 10, 1958. Abby passed away surrounded by his family on January 22, 2021. Preceded in death by his father, Albert Stringent; mother, Norma Jean Stringent; sister, Diane Behe (Strayer); loving wife, Vicki Lynn Stringent; and nephew, little Joey. Survived by twin brother, Tony “Duffy” Stringent; brother, Joey Stringent & wife, Mary Ann (Zack); sons, Joshua Stringent & Jessica, and Ben Stringent; grandchildren, Alexis, Maddie, Sophia, Lucy, and Joshua Jr.; nieces, Dana Harris & family, and Kimmy; and nephews, Danny and Cody. Abby was a 1977 graduate of JHS. After high school he went on to work for Gap Vax and then became a union member of Local 910 for 28 years. He loved spending time with his family and most of all his grandchildren. He loved watching football on Sundays and cooking, fishing & hunting, and the outdoors. Abby will be greatly missed.
