Balko, Andrew M. III., 73, Upper Yoder Twp. formerly of Armagh passed away unexpectedly at home on Nov. 12, 2017. Born Dec. 13, 1943 to the late Andrew M. II and Mary (Virus) Balko. Survived by loving wife, Patricia (Zarfoss) Balko; numerous cousins; dear friends; beloved dog, Taffy; and cat, Buddy. Andy graduated from St. Francis University and received his master’s degree from Shippensburg University. He was retired from the Department of Labor and was a member of St. Clement Church.
