Cosgrove, Annette L. “Puppy”, 62, Johnstown, passed away September 4, 2021, at Windber Hospice. Born to the late Frank and Theresa (Colletta) Hull on January 27, 1959. Also preceded in death by her brother Phillip Hull.

Survived by loving husband, Thomas Cosgrove; son, Chad Cosgrove, Daisytown; daughter, Crystal Cosgrove, Cresson; brother, Chris Hull, Mississippi; and sister, Roberta “Scooter” Russell, Benscreek.
