Stringent, Anthony “Duffy”, 65, born January 10, 1958. Tony passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 01, 2023. Preceded in death by his father, Albert Stringent; mother, Norma Jean Stringent; sister, Diane Behe; twin brother, Abby Stringent; sister-in-law, Vicki Stringent; and nephew, little Joey. Survived by brother, Joe Stringent & wife, Maryann; nieces, Kimmy, and Dana; nephews, Josh, Danny, Ben and Cody; and great nieces and nephews, Alexis, Amiya, Maddie, Sophia, Lucy, Malik, Grayson and Josh Jr. He was employed by Nutrition Inc. for the past 45 years at the Greater Johnstown School District in the cafeteria. He often talked highly of his boss, Dave, and coworkers and how close they all were. Tony loved watching football, cooking, and spending time with his family. Tony will be deeply missed. He was one of a kind and to be loved by him was to be truly blessed. Family and friends will be received Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory Inc., 146 Chandler Ave., Johnstown, Pa 15906.
