Fetzer, Arthur Scott, 60, Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly, August 13, 2023. Born in Johnstown, January 23, 1963, to Leroy M. and Doris J. (Miller) Fetzer. Preceded in death by father, and beloved uncle, Wilbert “Web” Mangus. Survived by daughter, Emily Fetzer, Portsmouth, VA, and her mother Laurie Nobunaga, Severna Park, MD; mother, Doris J. Fetzer; beloved aunt, Ruth Mangus; brother, Leroy Fetzer (Anita), Johnstown; Jeffrey Fetzer (Stephanie), Inman, SC; Pamela Gualardo (Sam), Salix; numerous nieces, nephews, close relatives (Chris Mangus), and great friends. Art was a 1980 graduate of Ferndale High School. He attended IUP and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Art worked in numerous occupations over the years and was currently employed by Kruger International as an AutoCAD Draftsman. He had a love for animals, especially his dog Lucky, and befriended many stray cats. Art was a kind and generous soul and would help anybody in need. He had a great sense of humor and made us all laugh with his stories. Art loved playing pool and playing in pool tournaments at his favorite “watering holes”. His family called him downtown Artie Brown during pool gatherings. Art was also a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed playing Skip-Bo with his mother and other family members. Services will be held privately. A private service will be held at 11am on August 16th at Richland Cemetery, 1257 Scalp Ave., Johnstown, PA 15904.
