Bair, Barbara A., 70, Johnstown, passed August 15, 2014 at Windber Hospice.  Born July 29, 1944 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Clifford and Thelma (McKendree) Evans and the step-daughter of the late Kenneth Shaffer.
