Obituary

Bereznak, Betty I.,87, Beaverdale, passed away on January 10, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 4, 1931, in Croyle Township, to the late Robert L. and Ann (Chopik) Smith. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John J. Bereznak; her sister, Rose Smith, and her sister Shirley Smith. Betty is survived by her children, Michael R. Bereznak (Janet), Georgetown, KY; Theresa A. Docken (Ronald), Apple Valley, MN; Joann M. Fedore (Ronald), Ebensburg, PA; Robin L. Oleksa (Thomas), Salix, PA; her grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Brent, Aaron, Laura, Elizabeth, Jacob, and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Camilla, Easton, Lauryn, and Bella; her niece, Monica Niklowicz; as well as other members of her extended family, and friends. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed solving puzzles, playing bingo, and watching the Game Show Network. Friends and family will be received on Monday January 14, 2019 from 2 PM until the time of the memorial service at 3PM at Hindman Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. 1521 Frankstown Road, Johnstown, PA 15902.
