Black, Brenda L., 60, Windber, passed away April 25, 2022, at Windber Hospice. Born May 11, 1961, to the late Edward and Gladys (Rager) Reynolds. Preceded in death by husband, William Black and siblings, Shirley Carrier and Gary Rager. Survived by children, Eugene and Galen Meyers; Melissa Black and husband Justin; William and James Black; sister, Janet Bloom; grandchildren, Brianna Good; Lexi Frazier; Billie Cobaugh; Xavier and Zachary Meyers; and numerous great grandchildren. Brenda enjoyed gardening, cooking, and painting. She was also very creative and loved doing crafts.
