Polca, Candida Hope, 44, Johnstown, passed away July 9, 2021. Born September 13, 1976 to David C. Lantzy and Antoinette Polca. Survived by parents; daughter, Breanna S. Haselrig, Johnstown; brother, David C. Polca, Johnstown; grandson, Kyri Odum; another grandson on the way; nephew, Jordan Polca; and niece, Isabella Polca. Candy dearly loved her daughter, Breanna, whom she was very proud of. Her grandson, Kyri, was the twinkling star in her eye. Candy was so excited about her grandson on the way and couldn’t wait to meet him. She was very loved by her family and no words could ever say how greatly she will be missed. She had a loving, caring, and giving heart and would help anybody. Candy would light up the room with her beautiful smile and her outgoing personality wherever she went. Candy loved shopping and getting her nails done and especially loved spending time with her family. At the request of the family, services will be private.
