Chuckalovcak, M. Carole, passed away November 6, 2021. Carole was born March 12, 1943, to the late Michael and Margaret (Kovalsky) Barelick. Carole is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Ronald S. Chuckalovcak. Survived by daughters, Christine (David) Huber of Waynesboro, Karen (Dave) Levadnuk of Windber; brother, Richard Barelick of Salix, PA; grandchildren, Stephen, Christopher, Michael, and Alex. Carole enjoyed crocheting, crafting with plastic canvas and playing bingo. Carole will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Family and friends will be received November 10th from 12 pm to 2 pm at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., where service will be held at 2 pm.
