Westover, Carrie M., 86, Westover, went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 19, 2017, at her home. Born October 15, 1930, in Westover, PA; she was a daughter of the late LaRue and Carrie (Kelly) Westover. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ellis H. Westover Sr., her brothers Richard, LaRue “Bud”, Milton, Robert, Clyde, Herschel and infant brother; her sisters Sarah Ellen Leamer and Gladys Edna Beck. Carrie is survived by her children, daughter Nancy Oaks, Westover; daughter Janet McCabe and her husband Bud, Laurel, DE; son E. Harvey Westover Jr., Westover; her grandchildren Matthew Oaks, Randall Oaks and his wife Amber; Tyler Westover, Alaina Westover and her fiancée William Smith, Heidi and Curtis Smith; her great grandchildren, Keagan, Jaxson, and Ryatt Smith, Jocelyn and Bryce Roytas; her siblings, Mary Westover, Grace Green and her husband Carl, Edward Westover and his wife Barb; sister-in-laws Sarah Westover, Grace Westover and Rozella Westover. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as her “children”, Scott Wagner, Erick Welteroth, Lindsay Welteroth, Adam Dubyak, and Alex Dubyak. Carrie was a Seamstress at the Patton shirt factory, but a mother and homemaker at heart, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she enjoyed cleaning, and doing laundry. Carrie was a member of the Westover United Methodist Church since a very young age.  Friends and family will be received on Friday August 25, 2017 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Easly-Hindman Funeral Home, 333 Beaver St., Hastings, PA 16646. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday August 26, 2017 at the funeral home. Ron Westover, Officiating. Interment will be held at East Ridge Cemetery in Westover.
