Cathy M. (Twardziak) Knapp, 73, passed away January 20, 2023, at Hollidaysburg Veterans’ Home. Born September 14, 1949, to the late Walter and Katherine (Bellack) Twardziak. Preceded in death by sons, Patrick and Christopher Knapp. Survived by siblings, Patrick Twardziak and wife Patricia; Mary Grace Vitko; grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, and Kate Knapp; nephews, Nicholas and Brian Twardziak; and many friends. Cathy was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a SPC 4 assistant nurse at Walter Reed Hospital. She enjoyed crocheting, plastic canvas, and was Harley motorcycle enthusiast. Cathy loved the Steelers and animals. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am. Monday January 30^th at St. Francis of Assisi. Conventual Franciscan Friars, officiating. Interment and military honors to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
