Barrett, Charles Lloyd, 100 of Richland, passed away peacefully at home October 15, 2021. Charles was born November 28,1920 to the late Samuel and Iva (Lumadue) Barrett. Charles is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Betty (Marks) Barrett; also preceded in death his son James Barrett; brothers Aldwin, Devere, Edwin; sisters, Virginia, Lydia, Jean.

Charles is survived by sons, Thomas Barrett (Nanty Glo), Charles Barrett (Pittsburgh); daughters, Diane (David) Horner (Windber), Sandra (Brian) Mintmier (Richland), Darlene (Doug) Custer (Richland), Patty (Keith Sr.) Rodgers (Richland); brother Ronald Barrett (Kentucky); sister Allegra Gorzelsky (Johnstown); Charles also has 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Charles was a World War II Veteran where he served in the Army. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping in his younger days, as he got older Charles loved to do wood crafting. Charles worked at Atlas Hospital Equipment until they closed and then worked at General Kinetics. Charles is going to be sadly missed by his entire family.
