Hart, Charles W. “Tossie”, 94, Johnstown, died October 3, 2018 at Windber Woods.  Born June 3, 1924 in Phillipsburg; son of the late Charles F. and Margaret (Shimko) Hart. Preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Ernest B. “Ernie” Hart. Survived by loving wife, Rita A. (Webb) Hart; his nephew Thomas Hart; his niece, Carol Campbell as well as extended family and friends. Charles served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a retired from the Johnstown & Stonycreek railroad where he worked as a railroad engineer. He was a member of the VFW Post #155, and also the American Legion Post #849. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
