Blough, Charlotte A., 74, Johnstown, passed away on May 16, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 27, 1945, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Stephen A. and Margaret L. (Makin) Yurasek Sr. Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Kathleen A. Panarella and Mary Catherine Tavalsky. Charlotte is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Donald L. Blough Sr.; her son Donald L. Blough Jr. and his wife Regina (Lustig), her granddaughter Alicia Blough; her siblings, Stephen A. Yurasek (Barbara), James E. Yurasek (Edna), Grace Blough (Gary Sr.); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other members of her extended family, and friends; and her beloved dog Honda. Charlotte enjoyed gardening, playing the lottery, she was an Elvis Fanataic, enjoyed antiques, and especially loved spending time with her granddaughter.
