Horner, Clarence Jr., 90, Johnstown, passed away April 23, 2023 at Westmont Woods. Born December 19, 1932. Son of the late Clarence Sr. and Zora (Hess) Horner. Preceded in death by brother, Kenneth Horner; and sisters, Ruby, Dorothy, Betty, Doris, Arlene, and Rose. Survived by best companion of 60 years, Mary Galbraith; and nieces and nephews. Clarence proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed being a firefighter and working for the city of Johnstown for 49 years. He was a member of the Cambria 278 Masons, Shriners, VFW Post 155, Odd Fellows, William F. Packer Encampment of Johnstown, and the Retired Firefighter Association.
