Matse, A. Darlene, 83, Windber, passed away June 22, 2014 at Windber Medical Center. Born June 25, 1930 in Wilbur, daughter of the late John and Savilla (Butler) Beltrami. Preceded in death by grandson, Shawn Matse; sister, Goldie Keri and brother, Charles Beltrami. Survived by husband of 63 years, John Matse Jr., Windber; son, John James (Carol) Matse, Tempe, AZ; daughter, Joyce Matse and fianc, Frank Kelly, Hooversville; grandchildren, Ashlee; Christopher; Michael; Jason; Michelle; Zack; Andrea; Nicholas and David and great-grandchildren, Kyra; Codie; Kiarra; Anthony and Mikaila. Also survived by sister, Alma Shinn, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. Darlene was an LPN for the Church of the Brethren Home and Memorial Medical Center. She was a longtime foster parent. She liked going to the beach and all animals. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or service. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be sadly missed.
