King, Dennis W., 75, Johnstown, died December 4, 2018. Born August 9, 1943 to the late Robert and Irma M. (Irwin) King. Preceded in death by daughter, Dawn M. (King) Mitchell; grandson, Garret F. Mitchell; infant sister, Cora Mae; sister Karen E. King; and father and mother in law, Albert and Angeline Kleinosky. Survived by wife, Rose Marie, ended union of 56 years; daughter, Denise Tonkin (Ken); grandchildren, Lori Grata (Walt); Amanda Nichols (Bill); Samantha and Nathen Mitchell; Justin, Morgan, and Brady Tonkin; great grandsons, Cayden Peace; Luca Nichols; sister, Linda Lambert (Paul); nephew, Paul; and niece Deirdre. Dennis was a 1962 graduate of Johnstown High School. He formerly worked at U.S. Steel until 1983. Dennis then worked in maintenance at Richland Mall and then maintenance at Westmont Middle School, where he retired from. A special thank you to Heritage Home Health and Penn Hospice, forever grateful for the special care he received. At Dennis’ request, there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
