Farrier, Donald “Don” Lee, 77, Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly January 4, 2021. Born May 3, 1943 to the late Don Farrier and Rosella (Richter) Childs. Also preceded in death by stepfather, Wilbert Childs. Survived by wife, Cindy (Zettle) Farrier; children, Denise Adams and husband Steppen; Lindsay Price and husband Billy; Donnie; Dawn Marie; Patty; grandchildren, Anthony, Molly, Peter, Luke, Zoe, Aubrey, and Charlie; five great grandchildren; four siblings; and numerous extended family members and friends. Don retired from the Navy after 20 years of service and served in the Vietnam War. He was very passionate about being a veteran and took great pride in his service. Don then worked 20 years in Virginia at the Journal Newspaper. He enjoyed traveling, bird watching, and antiquing. Don loved to cook and had an interest in model airplanes. He also loved Harley’s and owned one most of his life. Don had a great sense of humor and was a great storyteller. Burial and military honors will be held at Arlington Cemetery at a later date.
