Neisner, Donald E., 69, Johnstown, passed away April 21, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 25, 1948 to the late Frank and Agnes (Hoffman) Neisner. Preceded in death by brother, Francis. Survived by son, Donald Neisner and wife Anita (Tyno); grandsons, Todd and Samuel Neisner; brother, Dennis Neisner and wife Denise; sister-in-law, Doris Neisner; and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and hunting and fishing buddies. Donald was an Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War and a long-time employee of Walnut Medical Services. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially loved hunting and fishing with his two grandsons. Donald also enjoyed camping and just being outdoors. Family and friends will be received Tues.
