Lewis, Donna J. 67, Johnstown, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center surrounded by her family that loves her so much. Born August 10, 1947, in Johnstown; she was a daughter of the late William and Rosemary (Incosky) Stenger. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Lewis; a son Scott Lewis, and father and mother-in-law, Harry and Dorothy Lewis. Survived by a son, William Lewis and wife Michelle of Hollsopple; a daughter, Jaime Signorelli of New Jersey; three grandchildren, Tony and Tessa Signorelli, and Abby Lewis; a brother, John Stenger and wife Terri, special aunt and uncle, Dorothy and William Kolega, cousins, Christine Salerno, Victoria Nelson, Terri Stachowski and her son, Mason; sisters-in-law, Sandy Lewis, Cathy Yoder; brothers-in-law, Bob and Bill Lewis; special friends, Mike and Mary Muchesko, Janet and Mike Rector and Jean Delusa all of Johnstown; and many nieces and nephews. Donna graduated from Bishop McCort and was a member of St. Therese Church and Senior Life. She enjoyed participating in all the daily activities at Senior Life, painting ceramics, gardening, decorating for the holidays, and relaxing on her deck. She was very proud of her pond and fish, loved feeding the wildlife in her yard, and loved spending time with her family and her dog, Reese.  Donna was the sweetest, most caring person and friend anyone could ask for. Friends will be received from 3 to 6 pm Wednesday October 15th at the Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave., Johnstown. Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, October 16th at St. Therese Church, 536 Decker Ave. Johnstown. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
