Donna (Boozel) Siembak passed away on August 10, 2021, after a lengthy illness. Born on October 19, 1948, in Decota, West Virginia, she was a life-long resident of Johnstown. Preceded in death by mother, Helen Boozel and brother, Reed Boozel. She is survived by her former husband, Ed (Bobbie) Siembak; daughters, Coren Siembak (Derek), Gahanna, Ohio; Gretchen Hodgson (Brock), Culpeper, Virginia; grandchildren, Cade and Cameron Lawrence and Emerson and Carter Hodgson; and numerous cousins. Donna was a 1966 graduate of Greater Johnstown High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Donna was retired from Penelec. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and crafting. She spent countless hours making clothes and crafts for family and friends as well as selling at local craft shows. She was a free spirit often traveling and exploring new sights and different places. She made lasting memories with her family and friends, that will live on forever.
