Davis, Eileen M., 76, Johnstown, passed away November 5, 2021, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born December 28, 1944, to the late John and Rose (Hunt) Shaffer. Preceded in death by her husband, Henry Clyde Davis. Survived by her daughters, Karen Ream (John) and Christine Fogle, all of Johnstown; granddaughter, Amanda Jodon (Dave); great grandchildren, Addyson and Aaliyah Jodon; and brother, Rev. John B. Shaffer (Susan), Birdsboro. Eileen was a member of Roxbury Church of the Brethren. Her strong faith in God gave her strength and led to countless hours of prayers for her family and friends. She retired from Sani-Dairy where she was very dedicated and enjoyed her clerical work. Eileen loved spending time with her family, especially her great-granddaughters. The family would like to thank Eileen’s caregivers and Interim Hospice for their dedication in care and becoming part of the family. All are encouraged to attend a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday November 12th at Roxbury Church of the Brethren. Pastor Josh Thomas and Rev John Shaffer, officiating.
