Wiseback, Elsie “Louise”, 77, Johnstown, died November 15, 2020 at home. Born April 22, 1943, daughter of the late Delores C. (Wiseback) Pankoke. Preceded in death by grandmother, Elsie M. Wiseback; aunt, Roseann Wiseback; and brother, Jackie Pankoke. Survived by sister, Joyce (Pankoke) Muto married to Michael “Mickey”; brothers, David Pankoke, friend Kate Adams; Scott Pankoke; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Elsie loved attending the skills group located in Ebensburg. Special thanks to the skills staff and especially to Elsie’s group home staff, who she loved and considered family.
