Lohr, Evelyn J., 88, Mineral Point, passed away August 15, 2022, at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 16, 1933, to the late William and Adassa (Gochnour) Haupt. Preceded in death by husband, Paul, and brothers and sisters, Harry, Wilma, William, Mary, Dean, Raymond, Ernest, and Barbara. Survived by sons, Mark and wife Joyce (Bartina); Doug and wife Emily (Carnell); grandchildren, Scott Lohr (Melissa); Kathy Vardian (Zach); Dougie Lohr (Nicole); Danny Lohr (Ashley); and great grandchildren, Amelia, Brayden, Lily, Leah, Ella, Wesley, Owen, and Mason. Evelyn was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, to whom she was known as “Gigi”. Evelyn was a member of Summitt Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a secretary for East Taylor Bowling league, in which she received a patch for 7-10 split conversion.  She was an avid cook, baker, and gardener.  In addition, she enjoyed solving puzzles and playing games.  Family will receive friends Saturday August 20^th from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Interment to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
