St. Boniface, PA – Evelyn M. Angert, 93, of St. Boniface, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at St. Benedict Manor. Born June 30, 1929, in Hastings; she was a daughter of the late Henry and Evelyn “Dolly” (Mitchell) Thomas. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Angert; sons, Timothy and Robert Angert; brother, Bill Thomas; and sister, Sally Widman. Survived by her sons, Rodney Angert (Amy), Hastings, Francis Angert (Mary), St. Boniface; brother, Ken Thomas (Gloria), Hastings; grandchildren,  Melanie Braddy (Matt), Leslie Angert, Jared Angert,  Jordan Angert, great grandchildren, Mikael Braddy and Benjamin Angert Valazak. Evelyn was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and a life member of the Catholic Daughters. Friends will be received Friday January 6, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  at Easly-Hindman Funeral Home, 333 Beaver St., Hastings. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday January 7, 2023 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, St. Boniface. Father Thaddeus Rettger Officiating. Viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at St. Boniface Cemetery.
