Neisner, Francis A., 76, Johnstown, passed away January 25, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born August 16, 1941 in Johnstown. Son of the late Frank and Agnes (Hoffman) Neisner. Preceded in death by parents; and son, Joseph Neisner. Survived by loving wife, Doris (Burkhart) Neisner, Johnstown; sons, Mark Burkhart (Elizabeth) of Frederick, MD, Michael “Scott” Neisner (Gail) of Johnstown, Francis Neisner Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, and James Neisner (Melissa) of Johnstown; brothers, Don and Dennis Neisner, both of Johnstown; grandchildren, Shanna, Laira, and Riley Burkhart, Shane and Lee Neisner, and Anthony Gustkey; and great granddaughter, Savannah. Francis proudly served our country in the U.S. Airforce and worked as a welder for Franklin Car Shop. He was a member of the Daisytown Sportsman Club and a life member of the Daisytown Firehall. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially ice fishing with his grandson. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., Johnstown, PA 15902. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home, Pastor Michael Christine officiating. Interment to follow at Oak Cemetery.
