Ryan, Francis W., 99, of Johnstown, passed away on May 17, 2023. Born February 9, 1924, son of the late John and Clarissa (Fitzpatrick) Ryan. Survived by many nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends. Preceded in death by parents; loving wife, Ruth; brothers, Ronald, Richard, and John; and sisters, Elizabeth Meyer, Gertrude Reynolds, and Mary Agnes Powell. Francis was employed at Bethlehem Steel as a crane operator for many years. Francis was awarded a Bronze Star in 1945, he was a highly decorated Veteran. He will be deeply missed by his family. A service will be held on May 31^st at 12 p.m. at Forest Lawn Chapel, 1530 Frankstown Rd., Johnstown, PA 15902.
