Mulkey, Frank J., 58, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at Memorial Medical Center. Born May 26, 1959, in Washington, D.C.; Son of Charles E. and Clara L. (Nicoletti) Mulkey. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and brothers, Charles R., Robert S., and David E. He is survived by his mother, his sons, Michael and Christopher, his grandson, David, and his sister, Carol Moore and her husband Charles. Frank is also survived by his aunts and uncles and many friends. Frank was a loving father and very dedicated son who loved his mother. He loved his grandson like one of his own children. Frank loved the outdoors, he liked golfing and he enjoyed hiking with his grandson. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation. A Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at St. John Gaulbert Cathedral. Very Rev. James F. Crookston officiating.
